"The worst home depot that I ever went. The longest wait like 1 hour in a line of 3 people plus the arrogant and rude worker beside the printer he sent two old ladies to watch a tutorial in YouTube to sent all documents in one email plus laughing in front of them instead of explain them how to send the email, I was the one helping these old ladies not fair it only took me 1 minute. I am not printing at this location anymore."

"Horrible customer service, Joseph has no idea how to talk to a customer and should go back to manager school. And same day pick is a lie. FedEx is way better, friendlier and more efficient and most prints jobs are done within 2 hours. It shouldn’t take 2 days to print documents."

"I really don't know why Office Depot offers curbside pickup. I have tried to do it multiple times because I have a baby and don't want the hassle of taking the baby out of the car seat and into the store. But the site will tell you an associate will be out shortly and it never happens. I've waited over 15 minutes and had to go inside. There is always a line and they don't manage the line well. It's easy to just tell people that if they have an online pick up that there is a designated area. Other companies like Target have designated staff to run the curbside orders. The printing department has a line of customers and two people working. How can you offer curbside if you don't have the staff to handle on-line AND in store orders? I only print here as a last resort."

"The lines were over 30min long for the self serve and this location has the dirtiest bathroom I've ever seen. Mold, falling apart ceiling and presumably human excretions on the wall. This is disgusting and unacceptable. The bathroom check paper was from May yet I went last week (October). Will never come back. Save yourself the trip and get facilities that are safe for humans across the street at staples"
