"I had an exceptional first-time, long-distance purchasing experience (I live in TX) with Honda of Aventura last month. I saw they had a very attractive certified pre-owned 2020 Honda Odyssey online and was able to negotiate what I considered a very fair price. Every step of the way they were polite, communicative, and accommodating - which was especially appreciated given my inexperience with remote car purchases. They were able to give me a virtual tour of the car and provide maintenance records as well as the CPO approval paperwork/checklist. The salesman I worked with was Andre and we spoke frequently by both phone and text message. My finance contact was Caridad and she patiently walked me step by step through the purchase process as well as the ins and outs of the laws and regulations around purchasing and procuring an out of state vehicle with regards to tax, registration, title etc. Additionally Andre was able to help me arrange for a local transport agency the dealership had worked with previously to get the car shipped directly to my house in Texas. And finally, when the vehicle arrived there was a minor issue with the battery which required it to be replaced and Honda of Aventura service manager Dale was able to review the situation and ensure that we were appropriately taken care of. All arounds hats off to this dealership, I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering buying a car online."
