"READ BEFORE BUYING: I purchased a vehicle from Braman with just over 30k miles on it and was assured by my salesman, Claudio, that it had been fully serviced and all needed maintenance was done. Being an out of state purchase, I paid for the vehicle to be shipped to my address and when it got here, the engine light was on, the tires were FLAT AND BALD and there were numerous physical marks on the car that were specifically left out of the pictures. I instantly made an appointment to have the car looked at by a local shop and they told me that there were $9k-10k in repairs needed for it to be road safe. I tried contacting my salesman numerous times and was ignored for about a week until he finally had his manager Allan call me. Allan told me that we could cancel the entire transaction because of how expensive it would be for them to make the car safe to drive and they had a shipping company come pick up the car. It has been about 3 weeks since the vehicle was brought back to the dealership and I still have not received any of my refund and there is still an outstanding loan in my name which they have not reimbursed. Allan has ignored me for days at a time with an occasional promise that he is “currently handling it” or “will handle it tomorrow” but still nothing. Now I see that he has BLOCKED my number. I am out roughly $14,000 out of pocket and another $20,000 in the loan that is still open under my name. Any time I contact the dealership, my call is transferred time after time until it just goes dead on the other end. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere…"

"Update on this review: The date that I left the first review I had to call like 10 times until finally someone answered the phone, I took my vehicle to service and this time a gentleman name Sergio help me and he is well educated and very professional, I have to leave my car they give me a loaner vehicle the next day my car was done, when I went to pick it up the car he help me with the paperwork and it was easy and fast to get my car, hope they will hire more people like him. First review: I took my 2022 Santa fe for service yesterday just for oil change, it have only 19k didn’t have any kind of problem before, now after they did the service the check engine light is on, called the dealer spoke with Gary he said he will call me back in 5 minutes didn’t call me now I and calling the service department and get straight to voicemail, very bad service, no professional at all"
