"I had an accident that was not my fault. The tow truck man gave me that number. They told me that they did work with the insurance. They picked up the car 1 hour after I called. but they never called the insurance, I had to call the insurance, the insurance lady told me you shouldn't have taken the car to that place, they charged me $3500 to storage the car for 26 days, and the owner is not friendly, don't go to that place."

"DO NOT COME HERE: INSURANCE FRAUD, SCAM! After billing my insurance over 10k, they "fixed" the car instead of changing the parts like they should have. They used unofficial screws that are dangerous to drive the car with, left me with a broken radiator, glue everywhere, the hood bent, and the worst paint job I've ever seen. They did the job at a fraction of what it cost, using unofficial parts and billed up the insurance a ridiculous amount of money. I brought the car to two other places afterwards and they won't even touch it because of how bad of a job they did. Both places told me they haven't seen such a horrible job in a long time, that what they did is totally unethical, that the car is dangerous to drive, and that what I need is a great attorney. James and company, you should be ashamed of your unethical practices and honestly out of business. This is a really sketchy place, watch out."

"First off let me thank High-tech for the quick and great service they provided. A year a go i had three cars in the shop at the same time and i took them to No limit Auto body and it was the worst experience. My cars were there for 6-7 months no lie. One of my cars got messed up again and i found High-tech by a referral. Im so happy I found them. My car was there less than two weeks and it had a lot of damage. High-tech made everything so much easier. I got my car back and it runs like new. James and Lilly are really good. James did ask for a bottle of blue label which i certainly will get him. Im taking my cars here every-time. Now to get good service, i did put some money up front so they can order the parts and get right to it. Some people like to come to the body shop and expect the body shop to order 2-3k worth of parts and wait until insurance pays out. Doesn’t work like that. My advice, if you want them to move quickly do the work with them. I took the pictures and sat with Lilly to make sure the quote was good to send to the adjustor."
