"I was charged $2,354 to rebuild my transmission which had to be repaired at another shop because they don't repair transmissions. They charge 4% when you use an American Express card to pay your bill. I went back in July because my car was not working properly. After a week, when I went to pick up my car the owner said that it only needed transmission fluid. The problem was that the next day I noticed part of my new bumper which I had installed in January was cracked and scratched. I went back to the shop but when the owner saw me, went in his office and would not come out. Be sure to examine your vehicle before leaving the shop to make sure it has no damage."

"My experience at Abana Auto Parts Was extremely good. Carlos was very friendly and polite. I went in to get a new set of tires for my Hummer H3 and they did a multi point check on my vehicle And determined that I needed to replace the wheel bearings, They explained the reason in a simple but detailed manner, proceeded to give me a quote for the parts and labor and they even threw in a discount since I was already buying the tires from them. They told me the car would be ready at 5 PM and when I got there my car was fixed and on the pick up ramp. These guys love what they do and they do it for a fair price. I definitely recommend them!"

"Took my motorcycle on the phone they said one price, when I was gonna pay, they increased the price by almost $70, not only that, it had been the second time that I had to take my bike there, because the first time they said I was something else and the problem continued, so I went there to claim warranty and ended up paying more than $600, besides that fact it took them more that 3 weeks for something that the charged me 2.5 hours of labor at $75 per hour. Save time and more importantly money. DONT GO THERE."
