"My experience at Braman Collision Center was nothing short of a disaster. I entrusted them with my car for body and mechanical work, and after waiting for 7 long weeks and paying a hefty bill of over $10,000, I was shocked to receive my car back in a deplorable condition. They initially told me 3 to 4 weeks, and each week they were saying maybe next week. They never communicated delays, I had to call every week to get a status update. The car was covered in dust, both the area that was worked on and the rest of the car. The interior was also very dirty, the console, and the area they worked on. It is clear that no effort was put into cleaning it. Finally the wheel they replaced had a warning on. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction were deeply disappointing. I strongly advise against using Braman Collision Center for any car repair needs; their service and work quality are far from satisfactory. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable collision center that values its customers and delivers on its promises."
