"They sold me broken rear door lock actuator and refused to stand behind their product when I brought it to their attention. I'm now out $90 and need to spend another $250+ for a new actuator. Save yourself the headache and buy new the first time. This company clearly does zero testing on the used parts they sell. Just read through the other reviews where this has repeatedly happened."

"I bring both my Range Rover HSE here as well as my Defender 90. The service withJoel is always fast and perfect. The other day I dropped my Range Rover off for an Electrical tune up. This morning I thought i would clean the truck and clean up the engine bay as I like to do after anyone works under the hood. To my complete amazement when I opened the hood the team over at Miami British took the time to not only clean up after themselves but detail the engine bay. I have never had any shop do that before and I think it shows a higher lever of customer and vehicle care. If you don't use them you should! Shane"
