"We pride ourselves in providing the best service at the best price.... Be mindful that if you come for service and it takes longer than usual, this is the case for many shops and reviews should be based on quality of service and customer service. If you waited a few hours to save a few hundred bucks, it's not proper to give a low review because it took longer than usual. The only question should be "did you die?" Just kidding, but did you get the service you came in for and was the staff friendly and helpful. Additionally, we have had only 2 negative reviews and the one from user20 is a disgruntled employee pretending to be a customer. We have 100's of positive reviews on Groupon and we were selected to be an Amazon seller based on the frequency of positive feedback online. Don't be fooled by a competitor who was once an employee who was fired for committing fraud at my facility. Lastly, the customer that accused us of destroying their alignment was upset that he needed a new rack and pinion and did not want to spend money on his salvage vehicle is not representative of our service. Every business will have those customers that are unreasonable and want to seek revenge online because they did not opt for the service we recommended. Come check us out as oppose to be lead astray from vindictive customers/former employees."
