Plantation Ford Service

"What a rip off. Told me they charge 2 hours of labor for diagnostic but if they fix it that would be applied toward the repair. Changed their mind and charged me. I could have had this done for half the price elsewhere. Took 2 days for a simple job. I’ll never go back there!!!"

"I typically enjoy bringing my vehicle here. Lots of room to work from as they service your car. That said, it takes entirely way too long to work through something as simple as an oil change. I understand delays and that it takes time to complete certain tasks, but the staff does not adequately inform you of the wait time. I was told 2.5hrs today and we are at 4.5hrs and counting."

"Horrible service.. Although they finally took care of the issue, the biggest issue with them is communication. They don't return calls, they don't pay attention to details of what is being asked, and they definitely don't seem to answer emails. I have a long time supporter of Plantation Ford and so have other members of my family, but I cannot accept poor service like I just received again. Will be going somewhere else even if it is little out of the way."

"I’m disappointed. We took our car to Plantation Ford on State Road 7 Thursday, May 4, 2023 to get a window repaired that would not go down. We have tried to contact someone to find out when the repair will be complete. We spoke to Jose who promised to call us back. We never heard from him. We went in to the service department and were told that just because we have an appointment does not mean that our car will be looked at that day. They don’t know when it will be checked out. Someone just called and said he had a missed call from this number! He said that he would call over to the service department to get information. He didn’t promise to call me back, but said he would have someone call me. Now I wait again to hear from someone. We are preparing to pick up our car and try another Ford Dealer. #unacceptableservice"
