The Home Depot

"So I’m gonna go ahead and make this very long story as short as possible. I am an electrical contractor it has gotten so bad to the point that first they started locking up the wire which now takes 1015 more minutes to get something that should’ve been ready accessible then they lock up all of the hand tools, so you no longer have access to what you need to get the job done immediately you now have to wait 10 1520 minutes. Now today I go to Home Depot and I have a $4000 job that is on the line I went over to the wire department and The Man told me that because I was asking for $380 worth of one copper wire. I would have to go and pay upfront first come back with the receipt and then he would commence to cutting the wire . After I spent the money I then went back to the department looked around for him for about 15 minutes before I said OK I’m gonna sit here right in front of the wire and wait for him. I waited again for another 30 minutes before somebody finally saw me and said hey, I’m gonna go ahead and call Electrical to the wire department. After another 10 minutes went by, I looked for him one more time after I was done looking for him. I got a phone call from my client telling me to cancel the job. because of the lack of care, the lack of trust the lack of workmanship in the lack of care and respect to its customers, I’m going to go ahead and say that I’d rather tell a customer I can’t do the job if that job relies on me going to that Home Depot for anything. I have never had such bad service in my entire life when it comes down to department and supply stores."

"Works place. They all ways walking around but in the moment you going to ask a question the disappear or do like they don't hear you. When u going to pay on self checkout is a Haitian guy holding all the gun scanners. U ask and he say is the way he work. But if he see another Haitian friend he give the scanner to that person and disappear. I wonder why....???"

"Waste of time. Long lines . No service. No help. Home Depot is in serious trouble. Focusing on retail theft instead of hiring and developing staff . Sad!!! Glad I don’t own any Home Depot stocks."
