"When my car broke down from overheating at a nearby exit off of I-95, I brought my car by towing truck to Global Auto Repair right before they were about to close for the day. The mechanics there took a look, let me know my car was leaking water, and explained that tomorrow morning, they will have someone look into it. The next day, I get a message first thing in the morning from Kathy, the front desk agent, to let me know my estimate was ready. I went ahead and approved it and within 3 hours they call me to let me know my car is ready for pick up! I was so happy! Thank you, Kathy, who was super helpful. They even gave me a 1 year warranty for the issue. Thank you, Global Auto!"

"I have had nothing but good experiences here. I’ve been going to this business since it was at another location and moved to this location a few years ago. I know the owner. He is a very nice and polite person and will go out of his way to make sure my car or my husband’s is in perfect condition. I do have to admit that the area doesn’t have the more educated people around. It is a commercial street. There are quite a few fast food restaurants in case you need to grab a bite while you wait for your vehicle to be ready. I would recommend this establishment."

"Horrible service, I was told to wait for an estimate that would be from $45 to $65 for electrical. they kept telling me 20 min the car will be checked. I ended up having to leave the car over night since no check up was done. When I went to pay for the job done my car had 2 "new issues" , The door would not open and the car alarm would not want to stop sounding. They said that's not their problem they did their work and since my car is old and beat up their not responsible. Honda civic 2008, Please Be aware I Don't Recommend this shop to anybody."
