"305 customs strip the drain plug to my oil pan, this happen months ago during my last oil change. I thought everything went fine until a couple of days ago I decided to change the oil myself, long story short Luis strip my plug and replaced it with a regular screw that not meant for cars, the only way for my to fix this problem is to replace the whole oil pan($800 parts only), in the mean time I have to use Luis Mickey Mouse screw until my new parts arrive. Me and my family will be seeing Mr.305 in court!"

"Do not bring your car to tito/Louise. Tito only works on new cars with paint jobs that have little problems. When I told him I wanted him to fix my oil leak, he took one look at my car and I instantly knew he didn't want to do it. His exact words were and I quote, "it's not a big deal all cars leak oil just add more." I never felt so offended in my life. This business is only for new cars not everyday cars, tito is lazy and needs to take his but back to Lexus"
