"So far has been a nightmare dealing with them. Ordering it was easy and pleasant with Matilde. I was told 2-3 months to receive the sofa and a lamp that I ordered. It has been over 5 months. It arrived to the warehouse in Miami about two weeks ago. It took them two weeks to send me a quote $800 over their original shipping quote. $2000 invoice for shipping when It was quoted $1150 at the time of ordering the sofa and a lamp. They say I need to check the items on the curbside off the crate in order not to be responsible for any damage. I do NOT trust this company any longer. Paid thousands of dollars for these two items and do not know if I ever get them as I am suppose to. Please take my advise do not deal with small long distance company. Just go to your local dealers and know they will support you and you will get things as they say. Not double the time (yes chip storage - yes covid...) but still. This is just a sofa. And not to increase shipping 40%. No regard for the customer."
