"I purchased True Spike lug nuts online, and they turned out to be the wrong style. I took the drive and visited the shop where they refunded me (even with slightly damaged packaging) and fitted the correct style lug onto my car. Unfortunately the lug didn't fit correctly- instead of them wanting to make a quick sale and put me in danger of having my wheels fly off with incorrect lugs, they took the time to explain why their product wouldn't work with my vehicle and cared for my safety. I don't know about these other reviews.. but any time I've called they've been cooperative and friendly. Give them a chance!"

"BEWARE! BEWARE! Do not buy from esr performance.. I purchased 4 wheels for $950. Which I was then told I would get my tracking info within 5 days… After several attempts to email them/ call them . I finally had to file a claim with my card company…. (Over a month later) When my card company reached out to them the decided to send me my wheels.. which would have been fine, but the wheels were busted… which they new … They didn’t care about my safety…. After contacting them they want me to pay to have there junk wheels sent back to them.. (over $100) I’m currently fighting with them to get my money back… THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ARTIST…."

"Your VMS short shifter lever and brass bushing does no fit the 2015 WRX, the hole that goes to the transmission in the lever is 2 thousands of an inch too small and the welding holding the rod that connects to the cable broke off!!!! and the bushing is too thick!!! DONT BUY VMS COMPONENTS!!!!"
