"Was skeptical due to mixed reviews but my experience was all positive. I truthfully put in my car details and got the highest quote against the other websites. I reached out to the rep and told them I didn’t want to be low balled at pickup because I’m not playing those games. Requested cash payment. They agreed. Within a couple of hours from the offer, got a call from the junkyard to set up a date and time. On pick up day, they were timely. They inspected it to make sure I had the original catalytic converter and started to hook it up to the tow truck. No low balling. Gave them my title, they gave me the cash, and done. "This place was pretty efficient with picking my car up. The girl was super friendly too who picked it up. It was sad to see it go but I was able to see it taken away. I got the check handed to me right away. Gave her the keys n title and that was that. Not much to say I suppose other than the girl was friendly, the questionnaire was fairly simple and it didn't take more than 2 days for them to pick it up."
