"The worst towing experience of my life! The first comment out of the drivers mouth when he arrived was tip related. Drop me off at a location that I had no idea was closed, It was just a flat tire 70 miles away from home in Miami., and all he said was that there was nothing he can do “ I guess I shouldn’t have mentioned how off-putting his tip jokes were by the third one. When Geico called back to have them come back, he claimed that I was rude to him Which is not true because the Geico agent was with me on speakerphone the whole time Thank God for city towing in boca who came to my rescue. Stay away from this company who allows behaviors like this from the employees. Boca Raton towing is aware of this because this employee was way too comfortable, which means he’s done this over and over again."

"I was stuck on the Turnpike for hours. AAA couldn't get anyone to help me. Finally, Boca Raton Towing rescued me. Laz drove me out of his way to return my busted rental car to the airport. He was really kind and I'm *so* grateful"

"I picked my car up from the mechanic with bad news. The engine was bad and needed to be replaced but it can drive still and we don't know when it will stop working. I started driving then every time I stopped at a light the engine stalled. I had to call roadside assistance and I'm happy that LAz showed up. By that time I had enough of the cars nonsense. He was very helpful and kind. It meant a lot at stressful time. Even at my home he backed my car in to the garage. I appreciate him so much."

"Appalling Experience with Boca Raton Towing & Recovery I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. After my vehicle broke down, I reached out to this towing company for help, only to be met with shocking levels of rudeness and unprofessionalism. When I inquired about an estimated time of arrival, their response was nothing short of callous - they actually told me I could "die for all they care." I spent hours stranded on the roadside, feeling completely abandoned by a service that's supposed to assist in times of need. They flat out refused to provide any sort of ETA, leaving me in the dark about when help might arrive. To add insult to injury, they threatened to cancel my request if I dared to call again. Without any warning, they went ahead and cancelled the request themselves, demonstrating a complete lack of concern for their customers' well-being. It's clear that this company cares more about their own convenience than the safety and comfort of those who rely on them. I've filed a formal complaint through Geico, but this experience has left me deeply disheartened. I shudder to think of anyone else going through what I did with this company. Steer clear - you deserve better."

"Man there is not enough i can say about this company to truly express how incredible they were. I am the owner of Taps Animal Services, deceased large animal removal company that assists horse and livestock owners with after life care. Unfortunately the latest storms have cause a lot of difficulty in our pick ups and my driver was unlucky as picture buried our company truck. Not only did the owner respond immediately after hours, he also had a driver to us within 20 mins. The recovery was extremely difficult but to do it in the dark and under the conditions. Owner called me back and said they may have to come out in the morning with two vehicles. Our truck weighs over 16,000 lbs. they refused to give up and finally after a lot of hard work they managed to get our truck out. I am forever grateful for their service and assistance. Will be referring this company to anyone who needs help. But more so this will be the only phone call i will make if i ever find myself in the same situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart"
