Al comes across as friendly, genuine, and concerned which is a great start for a new customer. Each time I dropped my vehicle off there was a paper floor mat and clear pastic covering over seats. This is somebody who cares about their business and its customers. I needed some control arms replaced, new tires and alignment done on my BMW X5. The vehicle is running smooth and plush on the road. "My grandparents spoke VERY highly of Al after buying their hummer from him. They were helping my husband on a search for a vehicle and Al happened to have a Lincoln Aviator that was in my husbands price range. Al was not honest about the condition of this vehicle. Al boasted about how he did all the work on this vehicle - YIKES!! Not something to brag about. We have spent countless hours diagnosing a parasitic draw from the battery caused a multitude of things that were obviously known by Al. water damage in the interior from the AC that was poorly covered by a paper mat when we purchased the vehicle. The parasitic draw on the battery likely from the alternator that was “just replaced”. A lift gate that was GLUED shut and screws that were epoxied and had red “lock-tite” on them causing the vehicle to recognize the lift gate as being open. Buyers beware. He may be okay with repairs, but for the love of god do not purchase a used vehicle from Atlantic Motors. This man is dodgy and dishonest."

"Professional and honest. I took my BMW there for (somewhat) emergency service, so I was really at their mercy. Some mechanics could take advantage of this vulnerability and will charge more. I was quoted $1300 + tax and the bill ended up being $1100 including tax. Al said they took a bit longer than necessary to diagnose the issue, so he didn’t charge me for those hours.
