"DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY Please don't waste your time with this agency. I called in to figure out why my auto payment wasn't pulled. The same thing happened last month, and I was told I had to call this agency to update my card on file. I did that. Tell me how a whole month passes and the agency never set up the card I provided them from auto payment. When I called to ask why, I was told that I had to text a number or whatapp. Immediately, i was like, i dont like this. The lady did not help me at all. I literally had to write her again just to figure out what's going on with my policy. I just was like, at this point, I file a complaint with The NAIC and switch my agent broker. One thing I can't stand is people playing with your personal business and then saying sorry your having a bad because of an error that you did not make. I left the complete conversation below because I just don't see how I handled the situation wrong."
