"I was very dissatisfied with this business and their lack of communication. My car was towed there after I was in an accident & it took 3 weeks for the insurance company & myself to be notified that my car was totaled. Within that 3 weeks time, myself and Statefarm Insurance called the shop and could never get anyone to answer the phone. We always had to leave a voicemail and then we never got a return call. To my knowledge Statefarm had to send an adjuster to the business to get confirmation of what the status was since we were unable to get anyone by phone. Then when I went to the shop to retrieve my belongings out of my totaled car, it seemed like there were plenty of people working there which made me even more frustrated on why I could never get anyone on the phone or a call back. I would never use this facility again and would not recommend it to anyone!!"
