"I can not recommend this company enough. I asked for a non flat bed truck to have my car towed, since the last tow company informed me it was too low for a flat bed. After the owner of Uncle Chi towing arrived he informed me the flat bed was the truck that should be towing my vehicle (completely my fault). My car will not start, so he personally helped push my car into the road to help load it onto the truck he brought. He said if it will not load that he will have another driving with a flat bed come out right away. I tried to tip him, but he refused and told me to take care of the new driver coming out to pick the car up. Best customer service I’ve received in the towing industry. If you need a tow, call these guys first!"
