"Terrific quality collision repair work for substantially less than the big dealership’s insurance quote. In the end, that’s what counts. The paint matching was impeccable. I can’t give Dave’s a 5-star rating because communication was so bad; when I called in before dropping the car off on the scheduled day they couldn’t take I (“short staffed”); Ed radiated hostility on first meeting until I finally coaxed a smile out of him; and the job took an extra day (“short handed”). In the end I’m very happy. My baby is beautiful again."

"I am only giving one star because I can't give zero. I have used Dave's Auto Body two other times before to have some minor repairs done, and was satisfied with their work. Yesterday, I went after work, around 4, to have a small job done. When I got there, Dave was very nasty and said, "We don't do estimates after 3 pm." I said, I work until 3:30, so what can I do? And he yelled at me, "Do you understand English?' I said, "Sir, I am speaking English to you." He then put his hand in my face and said TALK TO THE HAND. I proceeded to tell him how rude and disrespectful he was, and that I would take my business elsewhere. I will make it known that everyone knows that Dave's Autobody is a racist and bigoted business. It's disgusting that someone would treat anyone like this, let alone a 75 year old woman who simply asked for help."

"Dave's did an excellent job fixing my car and giving it back in a reasonable amount of time (considering my damages). The only thing I was upset about was when I brought my car in the morning I was told I could, but 15 minutes later, Dave's called saying they couldn't actually take my car in today because of short staff, so if I could come pick it up. So that was an inconvenience. What I learned: bring in your car at like 6 am right when they open!!! Ashley was super understanding through the whole process, though, and kept me informed about my car. Everything looked great when I picked it up! But a few days later I found the radiator cover for the front of my engine in the trunk... it wasn't that big of a deal, but considering what I paid in damages and labor... I'd expect every part to be on. I obviously didn't think to check my trunk or under the hood for missing parts. Another lesson: check your trunk and hood for parts! (*eye roll*) With all of that being said, Ashley, Ed, and the rest of Dave's Auto Body Team were helpful and very efficient in repairing my car! It looks so good, thank you!!"

"I went to Dave's Auto body on a recommendation from the customer who backed into my van causing damage 2 years ago. I elected to have other work done which was paint the passenger side quarter panel and remove the third brake light from the roof and plug the hole. I went back within a month because the body work that was done on the roof was cracking. Instead of them sanding it off and redoing the patch they added more Bondo to the body work. I decided to go somewhere else to get an estimate done for the paint of my entire van and to remove all the rust that was building up on the back of my van for the excessive Bondo that was retaining water. There was no roof around the drip edge of my van anywhere prior to taking it in to Dave's Auto body. 2 years later the whole back lip has rusted out because water was trapped underneath the Bondo that they did for body work. I have now paid another company to remove their so-called patch and reweld the top portion of my van that rotted out due to how poorly it was done originally. Whatever you do do not go to this body shop"
