"I had my oil changed at this location on 11/14/23. My car has been leaking oil since then. I brought it back to the store yesterday (12/11/23) to have them fix it. I was told that the person who did the oil change originally did not clean the gasket around the oil filter so it was not seated properly. The leak was coming from the oil filter not sitting properly. I was told this was fixed. I was also told they put more oil in to replace the oil that had leaked out. When I got home, the oil level was the same (low) as it was before I took it in to be repaired. They clearly did not replace the oil. This morning, the car is still leaking oil only worse than it was before it was supposedly "fixed" yesterday. I have lost time off work. I now have to pay someone else to fix the shotty job they did. Probably have to pay for a tow truck to take it to the new person so I don't have to worry about my engine seizing because it is out of oil. I certainly am not taking it back to the place where the staff is incapable of performing the most basic of maintenance procedures such as an oil change. Unbelievably poor service. A $100 oil change is going end up costing me much more just to fix the problems they caused. What a waste of time and money. Zero stars. Do not recommend. If they can't do an oil change properly, I certainly would not trust them to perform a major service that could affect the safety of the vehicle. Also, they didn't bother putting down any type of floor protection while they were working on it. The interior of my car along the driver's door had multiple black oily scuffs they didn't bother to clean up. It was pronounced to me because I literally just had the interior detailed less than 2 weeks ago and all the interior trim around the doors was clean and scuff-free. Something else I need to pay someone else to fix after letting them work on my car."

"Unprepared and unskilled stuff. I was there 4 months ago for a tire repair. When the technician was installing the affected wheel, he broke a stud. I was told I was going home with 4 studs, and I will need to come back the next day for them to replaced the damaged one. Five minutes later they came back and said they had broken another stud, so I had to leave the car in the shop and come back the next day when they were able to replace the two broken studs. For months after, I am doing my tire, and I find this…"
