"Called Friday at 430pm, young lady was kind, helpful and attentive to my needs of urgent tire replacement. She scheduled for someone to come out with 35 minutes. I was so relieved....communicated when he arrived and was by my truck. Within 15 minutes changed old tire for replacement. He as well was very professional and kind. I have locked their number in and would highly recommend. Thank you so much both for being so kind and professional."
"I had a very disappointing experience at “TirePlus” on 441 and Southern today. I needed a tire repair, but was informed that a replacement was necessary. The employee, Louis, handled my order and suggested I leave the old tire for replacement rather than waiting. He estimated about 3 hours for the job. I arrived at 9:00 am and returned at 2:30 pm, only to find that after 5 hours, my tire was still untouched, lying outside the building. This was an extremely poor example of customer service."
