"Had to buy mattresses for 3 beds so budget was import at. I was pleased that my sales person Bruce came in at a price that was VERY REASONABLE for new Queen mattresses/boxspring and delivery. He came at $50/pcs less than my best quite with someone else. I had an issue with 1 boxspring that was too high, and they took it back and delivered a new one within 2 days with no extra costs or hassles. I will return again and highly recommend to friends."

"In 2021 Purchased a Pressure Smart Lux 15" Medium Pillow top Prime King for $2,499.99 Its our second home. We have have slept on it 80 times. The mattress has developed at hump in the center. I went to visit the store and John W, said it should be under warranty. I filed the warranty with photos and documents. Mattress Firm denied the claim."
