"BEWARE!!! This company only cares about taking your money and not their customers. They refused to send pictures or videos of the oven I purchased until the day before they shipped it but already took my money for it. When the oven arrived, it didn’t have any of the parts to hook it up. The bottom oven doesn’t work and has been told to them the day after installing and forced us to close down for 2 days until we could get the top oven on. It’s been a month since and they still haven’t came to fix it even when it’s under THEIR “30 day” warranty. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody in the restaurant business and sucks because we were wanting to purchase more equipment from them but will take our business elsewhere!"

"This place is a joke took forever to deliver my oven, some how it come out damaged from the warehouse and now is my problem to fix it is been a month since I have tried to get them to fix it and nothing will definitely not recommend anyone to go through this they will take u money right away but won’t care after. Thanks keep it up the hard work"

"Customer Service is so abnormally terrible. They wanted all payment upfront, then they pushed back our delivery day 3 times. First it was supposed to arrive end of nov 2022, then changed to beginning then mid December, then finally arrived January 5 2023 with 2 cracked pizza stones. I was the one always reaching out to them emailing and calling. It seems as if they try to avoid you, and dont get back to you unless you really press them. Hated the experience, will not purchase our next oven from them."

"Glad I found this company I was having issue on finalizing my drawing with my architect. They finalized the drawings for me and no charge and give it to my architect ready up to code. They also save me 30% on what a previous dealer quoted me on. You can find used and new equipment quality stuff I really recommend I don’t normally do reviews but they deserve it"
