"I have never felt so discriminated in my life until walking into this store. No one acknowledge me nor greeted me. No the store was not busy I walked in at 10:15am store was empty no customers. However as soon as someone walked in they were greeted and the specials were explained and further assistance provided to them. My money is also American dollars. I took my money and spend it at pottery barn which is way better quality than your cheap smelly items."

"Great buys for the home at great prices. The salespeople will rarely greet you as you walk in and they are not readily available to help you with any questions you may possibly have. It's strange because others have talked about their amazing experience with the staff. Maybe different staff on different days give different service. It was more of a place where you shop yourself and figure things out yourself when I went. The value of everything is amazing so it's worth a walk through. Their sale section is normally full of amazing markdowns."
