"I'm disappointed in this dealership I'm on day 4 of no vehicle no loaner. When I call the ask updates I'm told I will get a callback never a definitive answer. Today I went to get a loaner being on day 4 no vehicle. I noticed on a form there is a fee if you receive a ticket violation I questioned it and made a comment that is ridiculous since the driver will receive a ticket for a ticket violation. As I waited for the loaner vehicle to be brought up and inspect since there was so much of a fee for scratches etc. A man walked up along with the person helping with the loaner and stated That I had a couple of questions. I never asked questions. So I was commenting on the fee for a ticket I was abruptly cut off this man spoke to me so rudely and offensive. As if I was a problem. There were cameras and hope someone looks into it. I regret buying a vehicle from this dealership. Alos brand new vehicle in repair for steering wheel locking while driving 2nd repair same problem. Less that 6 months old 2023 brand new."

"Long story short, take your car elsewhere. Or don't buy a Nissan. Long story- I have a pre-owned vehicle 2017, purchased at 34,000 miles from Schumacher. Took it to Nissan to have a routine oil change and find out why every 3 to 4 months my battery is dead. They charge $199 to diagnose it and Hernando, the advisor left out the part that the warranty doesn't cover the diagnostic. Now in order to find an issue you have to do the diagnostic unless the check engine light or other is lit. Long story short, he waits 5 hours later to say the battery is did. Well DUH! I told you that. And I told you the vehicle is not charging the battery so I need to know why not. His solution, bypass the system and let the alternator do the work, leaving less for the battery and more on your gas. WHAT!?!?! So it's okay to bypass the system to do what it's was built to do because it's not doing it? Nissan Armadas seem to have this issue and the company won't do anything about it. Good luck trying that route. The said I need a new battery and there is nothing they can do. So I'm going in circles. Now let's talk about the service advisor. The car reads 60 thousand + miles. He puts it as 74 thousand +. He said it should take a few hours and my husband asks for the shuttle. Never got it. He checked back 2x with him, still nothing. A sales person brings him home. The car was dropped off at 12:30. Close 4pm we get the report sent. I call to find out what the issue is because the report is vague. He said I need a new battery if I want them to replace it. NO! THE ISSUE IS THE CAR ISN'T CHARGING IT THAT'S WHY IT KEEPS DYING. They told the corporate that I have an after market battery. I bought it with an after market battery. Is that in the specs? Or the warranty? Or do they tell you that you can't when you buy a car?he said there is no fix for that. The only option is to bypass the system to the alternator. We asked for the shuttle. It can't come because it ends at 5p. He said the sale guy that brought my husband home will pick him up since he brought him. Then calls back to say he can't."

"My experience was distasteful and i personally would not recommend anyone to buy any vehicle from Nissan 441 on royal Palm Beach 33411.Can you imagine i just purchased my vehicle less than 4 months, a 2019 Nissan Murano. I went back there 3 times complained about several issues with the vehicle and up to this day no one assited me. I called in to speak with the owner Mr. Mike P, I was told several time he was busy,i left message and my contact no one reach back out to me. When I went in the very first time I was told by Mrs Jone it's a used vehicle and you purchased it as it is. If they knew the vehicle was faulty why sell it than ignorning customer after. When I was buying this vehicle I didn't even got a chance to test drive it,inspect it and or anything to that matter. The only thing i get ro do was walk around it and look at it as as in the outside. I went bought this vehicle with regrets. I said It like it is it was a speeding process for everyone,in a rush its like a habor shark. Rushing the process to where i ended up carrying back the vehicle the next day after purchased because of issuse. They only assist me when I walked in to make a purchase after the purchase they don't give F$$k. It's only 3 months now and the front window motor is not good it's going, the when I wine the window down its makes plenty of noise, and move very slowly, the vehicle ground is rip and damage and was cover with a carpet I report that the next of my purchase nothing was done. Crash signal keep coming up on the dash board and I ask for a small engine they given a 6 cylinder with excess Gass usage. The bonnet scratch up as well but not so noticeable not even that i was told. I went and did my second mentioned I was told that was the last one my warranty soon ends. I just purchased the vehicle less than 3 months female who don't know much about a vehicle be careful. I regret buying anything from these people."

"Pete and service is fantastic. He loves his customers and he does whatever he can help them. The problem is the management and the warranty manager don't appreciate loyalty. They don't appreciate the choice you make to go back over and over again for work and vehicles. Very discouraging. This is why I haven't bought another vehicle. Thanks Pete for all your help."
