"I have bought several items from this location, and I recently visited again to look at their home-office chair options. Amber helped me quickly understand and filter through the different models to find the right one for me. We settled on the Cosm chair and placed my order. When the chair arrived a week later, it was packed perfectly and easy to remove from its box—leaving little waste and requiring no assembly whatsoever. The experience start-to-end was fairly easy, and I’m thrilled with the chair. Thank you Amber and Dru for your friendly help."

"Drove 2 hours to this location because the store employee said they put a laptop arm on hold for me. Before I drove the 2 hours I asked the employee to confirm all parts of the product were in stock and he said yes. Sure enough he didn’t have the product in stock which he said he had put on hold for me. This is just flat out sloppy customer service. Very unprofessional. Not buying a thing from this store. The store could have at least paid for my gas after I used half a tank to get here and back. Ridiculous."

"Joyce was extremely unprofessional and had no knowledge about her product. I love Herman miller and was looking at a Aeron for my office Joyce couldnt properly show me how to use the chair to me. She was very off putting and told me to wait for the other girl in the store that was busy with other people. I waited 38 minutes while she went to the back of the store. I left and decided I will not be giving them my business"
