Publix Super Market at St. Charles Plaza

"The guys in the deli ripped off the customer in front of me and told her they weren't going to use 4 tenders because they need to be able to Close the sandwich. They literally tried to give me her left overs and added 2 more tenders and still didn't use the whole thing!! I'm so angry for the customer in front of me and I literally walked away. I'm so disappointed in this store because every single Publix I Been to did not tell me such baloney and the other places were so much nicer. They didn't know how to toss in spicy mustard either. They had 3 people on the counter trying to do a subway method where they handed to the next person to do sections of the sandwich. If I wanted Subway I'd go there. I wanted a Publix sandwich done the way Publix makes it. Gabriel wasn't friendly or professional and made the sandwiches his way. I'm never going back there."

"The staff was super friendly and approachable. All were willing to assist. Just an overall very pleasant shopping experience. I will not forget Chris, he was stocking shelves and stopped what he was doing to help me find things. Such a NICE man!!"

"Jennifer may need more training in customer service. Two ladies were at the front in customer service. Jennifer was talking to someone very friendly. I didn't want to interrupt so I went to the other lady to exchange something, I gave the item to her. When I came back she got busy with people in line so I went to Jennifer thinking she can help but she inmediately cut me while I was talking and said I have to wait for her coworker. What a rude person is Jennifer to be working at the customer service station."

"Take precaution before shopping at this location & Publix in general. I understand everyone’s experience is different so I would like to share mine. On 10/07/2023 I was passing through this area & decided to stop in with my family to grab some lunch. An enjoyable day turned into a nightmare quickly. As my family & I were exiting the store I was wedged in between the automatic doors. The automatic doors malfunctioned & the force of the doors squishing my body. I immediately reported this incident to the manager so I could prevent what happened to me from happening to someone else. Only to find the manager of this location just brushed what happened to me under the rug. The employees of this location failed to even submit an incident report or show compassion or take ownership of the incident that had occurred. Instead of treating me human & accepting they made a mistake I’ve been bullied by multiple members of their staff making accusations that I didn’t do my part in this process of reporting the incident when in fact I’ve shown them all the proof. My point is this could be you so please take precaution as you they may have other motive or intentions. I hope this warning can help any future customers so they are not treated the same."

"Well organized and stocked location. Fruits are fresh, goods are well stocked and even better they have BOGO items that change often. Well worth stopping by. They have cooked hot food and made to order sandwich for those short on time."
