"very good place that will work with you it's a Mom and Pop kind of place were people actually know you by name and they do delivery if you need it. I hate the bigger stores, that has no idea what customer service looks like. you have to stay holding on the phone for about 20mins only too find out your talking to someone in another state only too find out your order what be ready because it's coming from a prefilled place from Orlando. I remember traffic was heavy and I was delayed and wasn't going to make it there before they closed at 6pm . I called them up and said that I was going to be about 10mins late ; they offer too stay 10mins after they closed so I could have my meds for the weekend, because they are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. I now have all of my meds filled at Webbs."
"I was recommended Webb’s square pharmacy for a medication which other pharmacies are unable to carry, I asked the pharmacist if he can help me with this medication and he said yes, he has it all the time. So, I proceeded and transfered all my medications to the pharmacy. I was called to come and pick up all other medications except the one I needed the most because it was not due yet. Once I went to pick up the medications that were ready I noticed that the price was almost double what I have been paying. I asked the pharmacist why and he said it was because of my insurance and that they do not take the Good RX Discount card. They do have their own discount card, but it works only for low price generic medications. He wanted me to pick up all other medications so I did not cs affordability. I proceeded to call my insurance company who told me to apply for a reduction on my copay, I did and was told to wait for an answer. While I was waiting for the response, I called the pharmacy because my medication was supposedly be ready, the one I needed the most, I was surprised of what his answer was. “I do not have your medication anymore because you did not want to pay the supposed price!” I explained to him that my insurance company had yet to give me an answer and that maybe I was going to get a price reduction. He told me, “I do not have your medication anymore.” I reminded him that he promised me that he had my medication all the time. To which he replied, “I sold it to someone else!” I asked him, “When will you get it again?” he says, “maybe next month.” In the end I had a very bad experience with this small pharmacy and I was left without my medication. I now have to get another appointment with my doctor for a new prescription since it is a controlled medication for chronic pain. The part I don't understand is; if he has my medication, can he legally refuse to sell it to me and tell me he sold it to someone else? Not looking at it from the business point of view, where was his sense of humanity and consideration to someone who is is pain every single day? He knows that with out the medication I am suffering unnecessarily. I will say to stay away from this Pharmacy because the pharmacist is only interested in money and not their patients well being!!"
"Places like this no longer exist! The slogan here is, “the pharmacy that cares” and that is absolutely true! I wish I found this place sooner. I spent over a decade with the big chain store listed on my pharmacy insurance card, believing I was stuck and it was absolute HELL. This CVSstore mistreated me and abused me and my family, every month, for over a year, because, God forbid, I had surgery and my physician sent me medication to heal. I became demonized when a new graduate pharmacist took the leads at this CVSstore at Celebration, right before I had one of the most painful surgeries a person can have, on both ankles! My decade of meds at this location, clearly portraying a person ill and in need of medical care meant nothing. I was basically hopeless, delaying surgeries (I reached out to that old place in desperation, openly discussing the numerous surgeries I needed and the ridiculous PT I would need to walk again- nothing mattered). They screwed with my meds every single month and gave me and my family horror repeatedly. I finally got the bravery to try and change pharmacies when I could no longer put off the next surgery and again that CVSstore at Celebration yelled at me and threatened me, etc. I went through over a week of difficulty, communicating with CVS reps, told I can switch stores and my decade long meds would of course be filled, meeting adversity, being forced to speak with various pharmacists until I called Webb. I literally had to recover from surgery with zero meds because CVS just refused, well manipulatively, to help me. When I was prepping for surgery, I told my surgeon that I was terrified because the pharmacy that I had to go to on the insurance card, would refuse to fill meds. My surgeon was flabbergasted and he assured me that I was wrong and the pharmacy would definitely fill my meds because “they had to”! After suffering through the week of unnecessary post-surgery agony due to the cruel and selfish pharmacists who thought they were more important than my physician’s orders and my post surgical pain and the surgical notes and the notes from my doctor and the actual prescriptions sent upteen times with the notes saying, “Fill prescription today, patient had surgery and …..”. Nothing mattered. Kindly, when I called Webb Square Pharmacy, the phone was answered. I did not have to wait the usual 30-60+ minutes I had been used to with that awful big chain CVSstore. Somehow, the Webb pharmacist is magical. He single handedly makes every call, takes every call, with no delay and with common decency and care. Magically it seemed after my previous decade of waiting an hour on average, the actual pharmacist got immediately on the phone and addressed me with respect. I was hopeful but scared until my prescriptions were filled, on time, with care, with kindness and love. I still cannot believe how amazing this place is and how amazing this staff is. I actually cried, in gratitude, the first few times I dealt with Webb pharmacy. If you want a pharmacy that actually cares for you- this is the place! The pharmacist promised me through my tears and fears from the previous trauma that any prescription my doctor sent would be filled, filled on time and actually thought of and scheduled so my regular meds were there. I am so so grateful for Webb pharmacy. You guys are so amazing. Thank you for giving an ill person their meds, as prescribed, on a regular basis with love and care. ❤️❤️❤️"
"I've been doing business with Webb's Square Pharmacy for over ten years now. It's a small family owned business. The owners are so nice and friendly, and try their hardest to please you. I feel their more like my friends because they are so caring. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a very good Pharmacy and Pharmacist."
"I know that I am not alone when I say that Mr. Fidelis and his staff treat me like friend and family. I don't think that comes in a stranger twice! Try going to ANY of the large pharmacies and having any of their staff address you by name when you walk up to the counter. It'll never happen! The staff of the large pharmacies come and go so quickly that they don't have enough time to know each other, much less their customers! Mr. Fidelis and his staff have brought back the old time values to their 'home town' pharmacy. Where the pharmacy members KNOW their clients and are always happy to take the necessary time to answer any questions or concerns that their clients may have. Mr. Fidelis came to this country not only to pursue the American dream but I sincerely believe that he had/has a dream to bring back the old time values and relationships between a pharmacist and his clients. A dream that he is fulfilling each and every day and a dream that IS shared by his staff! I am very proud of Mr. Fidelis, not only for his pursuit of higher education but also for his choice of becoming an American citizen! With his qualifications he could have gone anywhere! America NEEDS a LOT MORE men (and women) like Mr. Fidelis AND his staff!! I have no reservations, none at all in recommending Webb's Square Pharmacy to any and everybody!!"
