"Should’ve trusted my gut and bought the things I know work best for me. I have super dark hair that holds a lot of red. I had everything I needed and was ready to go up to the counter when a very bossy older lady stopped me and asked if I knew what I was doing. First of all.. rude, second of all.. I apparently know way more than you when it comes to my hair. I had a baseball hat on and she asked to see my hair when I said I have very dark hair, then proceeded to laugh and say “you don’t have dark hair” (it’s boarder line black) she made me out all the things I had in my hands back and picked out what I needed according to her. Long story short, she was absolutely wrong and everything besides the bleach was a complete waste of money. Trust yourself when shopping there and don’t let this bossy woman deter you from buying the products you want."

"Angela really took the time with me to make sure that I had the right color for my hair. She was very patient very nice and cared but was rushed due to hours of the store. The other girl told me she wasn’t very familiar with hair color and told me to go with Angela as she was more familiar but again she was rushed by the other girl. She did a very good job. I really wish she had a little bit more time with me to get me all the things I needed for my hair. I am sure that if there was more time I would’ve spent more money. Her service was great. I’m deathly gonna come back and shop with her in the future. She truly cares for her customers."
