"DO NOT go here to get your eyebrows waxed! Terrible customer service! I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to go to. My eyebrows needed new shaping so I let them grow out and I went to Hair Cuttery and showed the girl one of my old pictures that had the right shape that I wanted for my eyebrows. Eyebrows are never sisters they're always cousins however this girl didn't even come close to that or the picture that I gave her! I looked so ridiculous when she got done that I cried. She was nice enough to say she wouldn't charge me! Like I cared about the $10. I gave them a chance to correct the problem a couple weeks later I went back and spoke to the manager and explained the whole situation. I asked her if she would try and correct the one eyebrow that was completely hideous, and she said yes but she would have to charge me to wax the one eyebrow that her employee screwed up to begin with! I was blown away! It's not like my haircut was a little too short, I looked ridiculous with these eyebrows and they were going to charge full price to fix it, even though it was just the one eyebrow I was asking her to help reshape. I will never go back and I recommend that if you don't want to come out of there looking like a clown, then you shouldn't either."

I made an appointment for the wrong day and I wanted to see if we can just get a kid haircut but stylist kept passing by without saying anything. I got a haircut there and asked for my hair to be thin out, that didn’t happen the way it should and I had to go two weeks later to get somewhere else what I wanted."
