"I needed 1 tire replaced, I let it be known that I was on a budget and needed a used tire because a new tire would be out of my price range. This was the 4th tire shop I went to. I was told they had a used tire my size for about $80. After waiting for a while, the guy came back and said that they didn't have my size and that they could put the smaller size on but that I'd need to come back the next morning to swap it out for a new tire....which would be $300 FOR ONE TIRE. Long story short, the first guy I spoke with up-charged me so that I would apply for financing and didn't disclose the application fees and when I asked if the $300 included tax, he said yeah. When I came back the next day, someone else was working and the total financing ended up being $400 after taxes and fees! He asked why I signed if I didn't know the total, I explained that I was told the "grand total" was $300. He said he would speak to the previous person and call me back. This never happened and if felt like he thought I was stupid. I was absolutely taken advantage of and lied to. I would not recommend this experience or shop and $400 for one tire is absurd!"

"Bought Northstar e18,000s Watts Generator on the weekend January 25,2024 for total a mount of: $5,349.99 Find out wrong deep-stick oil level. Causing the generator has a very heavy white smoke came out from the exhaust-muffler. Call & after talk to tech support on the Friday weekend, their ask me take the generator to local repair shop for diagnosis. Next Monday come in, I take the Generator back to Northern Tool at Tampa 3934 W Hills borough AVE. First Mr. Cody H he said he is Northern-Tool Manager charge me for $60.00 for Service-Fee + 4.50 Tax NOTICE: Mr.CODY-H is very very bad personal attitude. He keep my generator for 2 day and never call me until I call him to take my generator back and he told me I am RIGHT because when the factory ship the generator their put the WRONG oil deep stick and he have to take the oil deep stick from the display generator put into my generator and he Return my $64.50 that he was charge me for the service fee and NEVER say SORRY for the wrong oil deep stick. I feel like he RACIST me. Because; I am Asian people. If I am a White people; I think he never treat me like that. Mr. CODY H never respect his customer at all. Before I leave his store, I told him I will never come back to his store to spend any more my money in the future! I look to his face. Look like he Do Not care!"

"Saw a ad for Northern Tire and Auto on social media. Decided to check them out. It was a great process, I told the man what I wanted,he informed me how we could make the wheels and tires work for my truck. It is awesome! While waiting for my truck to be finished, heard that they do everything auto. They are now finding the other items I want for my truck. My running boards arrive next week. I highly recommend Northern Tire for all your vehicle needs. Price is right,service is friendly and done correctly. The man behind the desk is knowledgeable and cares about his customers. He's not pushy,he wants you to know how your vehicle can be safe and the best drive. Glad I found and visited today."
