"Date is 9:41am 2/2/2022 whoever the skinny looking blonde girl working was insanely rude. I went to use part of my over 40,000 points I have because thats how loyal I shop at 7/11 and I accidentally got the super big gulp instead of regular big gulp also because they had no Lids to fit regular big gulp forcing me to buy super big gulp and then went to claim points and she said my total was 1.49$ and I said for what she with huge attitude said well “you didn’t pay attention “ and you need to… With a pause I said I need to what and she said just forget it nevermind and I offered to poor it in correct size which I could Not get the correct size lid for because this store never has the correct size lids for big gulps or Slurpee’s basically forcing you to get the big ones every time. So not only did I just say you know what forget it and left all my stuff there I’d already scanned all my points therefore lost my points because I did not want to speak one more word to her and then while walking out she yelled at me trying to get me to come back in every time has the worst attitude so does the Quianna lady that works there super lazy always rude and never helpful and hides evertime its busy. This is the one convenient place I go to I will no longer be going here ever and I’ve been coming here 36 years of my life. This drastically needs to be addressed Not get the correct size lid for because this store never has the correct size lids for big gulps or Slurpee’s basically forcing you to get the big ones every time. I will be calling 7-Eleven corporate for the first time ever in my life. If you don’t like your job quit."

"It is rare when you find anyone behind the counter to check out at this location. Sometimes they are making coffee, sometimes stocking shelves or doing inventory, or occasionally in the back room. Rare when you can grab something and check out quickly. Only at this location. Other 7-11 and convenience stores there is always someone at register."

"The coffee is always old in the afternoon. This is the only 7 eleven ive been in that the coffee is cold and old. Its not fair to rip people off. And they never have enough help. The cashiers bust there butt , no manager ever around. I work across the street but i wont be back. And the store is dirty."

"Tameka the employee behind the cash register was VERY rude to me. I came in and she was on the phone and acted like I was bothering her by being a customer. She did not stop her personal conversation on the phone while I was there and acted very rudely when I asked her questions. Bad bad bad service."

"$5 large pepperoni pizza was a delicious way to end our beach day! Took it to Anclote River Park...the squirrel's and birds loved sharing it with us too. Definitely will buy another!"
