"Got my oil changed about 2 months ago and they never put my screws back in after my oil changed . This place lacks the common sense to put screws back in after taking them out. They caused my tire well fabric to catch on the axil causing serious damages . I will never go back and I recommend never going to this place. Update: The area Manager for this location now closed the claim saying that they never took my belly pan off which the bolts for the fabric is connected to in order to change my oil.Its required on a Ford Bronco sport 2021 and he wont give me the video unless i take it to small claims court.The damage they have caused came out ot $6500 and they are refusing to pay."
