"They did not honor the price that I was originally Quoted, even though I asked for a written estimate before beginning to work on my car. They proceeded without giving me the final quote. They're excused was that it took more time that they anticipated. And so they had to charge me extra man-hours. They should have called me and let me know of the extra expenses that may be accrued before continuing on the work. And I ended up paying almost twice as much. I will never use this mechanic again. And I will continue to warn as many people as I can not to use this place."
