"Always great service. I belive get name is Angela or Amelia .. very detailed in what they offer .. good at holding a conversation as well, so your wait feels like nothing. I usually scrub my tires, especially the front, in the parking lot before going in .. but didn't have my cleaner to do it .. the machine is only so so, and the end guys are more to dry the car, rather than scrub the tires .. he did an ok job though."

"This place is fantastic. First of all, the service is friendly. It’s not often that I run into customer service that is truly friendly, but these folks definitely deliver on the “service with a smile” concept. The waiting area is very comfy. It’s a huge space with comfy chairs to relax in while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. There’s even a TV inside for entertainment, along with a little snack area where you can buy chips and so forth if you’d like to. I came in on a fifty percent off coupon. I wanted a spray wax which wasn’t included in the deal. I offered to pay the difference between what I got with the coupon and the additional spray wax service. Instead, they simply honored the deal offered with the coupon and added the spray wax free of charge! I was over the moon. The car was left immaculately clean. They offered me something that I hadn’t heard of before as part of this deal: ceramic sealant. If I understand it correctly, it’s a product that seals in the cleaning that was done and acts as a sort of temporary paint protector. It’s a good thing to get with your wash, according to what I read online, so definitely go for this when you’re there. I was also offered an optional fragrance included as part of the service. They had several different scents. I went with lemon and I loved it. The car was so clean that it almost felt cleaner than it was when I drove it off the lot brand new from the dealership! It was THAT good! The standard price for the full service that I got was $34.99, which is in line with what other car washes charge for the same thing. It’s an even better deal, though, when you factor in the ceramic sealant. Great service, high quality work and a great value for money. These folks are my new go-to for car washes. I highly recommend them!"

"Usually they do a really good job on my car but this time they didn't vacuum out the back window or the seats which were covered in dog hair and the inside panels of the door were not wiped down. I've been coming here for 5 years. Disappointed."
