"Very professional throughout. We are a family of 7, and were transported from Sanford Airport to Universal Studios. Bish was early to pick us up from Sanford, and very kind and professional. He texted me to let me know he was there before we even landed. Van provided was clean. Quick service to our hotel. Upon our return to the airport, Debbie was very nice and professional, also. Quick service to the airport and dropped us off right in front of our terminal. This company was significantly cheaper than other transportation options from Sanford to Universal Studios, and so glad I booked with them! I would definitely recommend them to any family in the future."

"We had an absolutely terrible experience with sunny luxury transport. When we arrived at the airport we saw our driver Deb and upon walking to her car she did not offer any help with our luggage. Me and my friend were each pushing a child in a stroller and were struggling with a suitcase each. Again she offered no help. On our drive to our hotel she almost got in an accident on the highway. When she dropped us off at the hotel she pulled our luggage and strollers out of the trunk of the car and drove off. Literally with our luggage in the middle of the drive up at the hotel. On our return service to the airport she called me at 715 to say she was at the hotel to pick us up when I had transport setup for 730 we arrived at the hotel pickup at 735 she looked mad/annoyed with us standing there with her arms crossed and said we were 20 minutes late. When we arrived at the airport, she pulled our luggage and strollers out of the trunk of the car and left them in the middle of the drive of the airport and did not even put them to the curb, and drove off and didn’t say a word to us. This was extremely scary as we had two small children with us also and I’m trying to navigate our luggage and all the traffic of the airport. I called the company after and they offered no apology or follow up. Do not book with this company especially if you have small children."

"Professional On Time Service. I first requested a quote for round trip service and got a response in under 1 hour so that was impressive. There were 6 people & 3 suitcases traveling to Universal Studios for a week-long vacation. We flew into Sanford Airport in the evening and our driver was standing at the bottom of the escalators heading to the baggage claim and holding a sign with our last name on it. Our driver then led us to where our bags were located and then took us to the vehicle, she then dropped us off at our Universal Resort. The return ride was concerning me because we had a 6:00AM flight back home. I requested a pickup for 3:15AM at our hotel and was hoping that the driver would be there. We walked out of the Hotel at 3:10AM and there was our driver was standing there waiting next to the vehicle at the entrance to the hotel. I felt so relieved he was there for such an early pick-up time. He took us back to Sanford Airport with plenty of time to spare. Both rides were in a newer Chevrolet Suburban with plenty of room for everyone, extremely clean and smooth ride. I will absolutely contact Sunny Luxury Transportation again for the next time we go to Orlando for another vacation. Thanks again for making our travel nice and smooth."
