"Initially I was not thrilled with my experience at this mechanic. I took my truck in with transmission issues, and they told me it needed a new solenoid. When I got it back, it had the same shifting issue within a day of getting it back. The manager basically told me that I needed to take it to the dealership, and having paid a lot to fix the issue I was having, this was very upsetting. I then talked to the owner about my frustration, who worked with me to get a very good price on replacing the transmission. They even replaced my rear main seal while they had the transmission out and saved me having to pay to get that fixed in the future"
