"This place will always tell you 2-4 hrs when they have open bays and only work on 2 cars at the same time. They also rig their number system by not actually checking the car on their system to make their numbers look good so they don’t hear anything from corporate. Go else where for actual honest workers."
"Absolutely miserable experience. Came in early to my tire change appointment only to sit in a line for 30 minutes to check in. After that, 2 hours later no call that my car was done. I walk in to check on it and it hadn't even been started yet. Had to go directly to someone in the garage because the desk people wouldn't do anything and it seemedthey simply forgot about my car. An hour later it was finally done and my entire day wasted."
"I wanted to share my experience this past visit because it was a hassle and a patient testing experience; however, thanks to the Costco Tire Center team, everything worked out. Kiri, Greg, and Carlos were phenomenal. First and foremost, they are understaffed. Poor Kiri had a line of 5 customers and no less than 3 people on hold for the phone lines. She is one person and can only do so much. I of course was getting aggravated, I had somewhere to be and I just needed to drop my car off, but I calmed down when I could sense and visually see how fast she was trying to do a 3 person job by herself. By the time I got up to the counter, she even apologized and acknowledged I was in a hurry, and got me signed in and out of there in 5 minutes. I dropped my car off at 10am for my 5pm appointment because after my DUI, I had to get a breathalyzer installed in my car to start it and drive it. If you don’t have one in your car, it’s definitely 1 of the many factors that will help prevent you from drinking and driving once you get it uninstalled. The hassle we went through in order to try and get the bypass instructions so they could start and drive my car was ridiculous. 1 hour wait times with dealing with another company’s customer service. Needless to say, we were not able to figure it out on the day of my appt. I could only do so much while out of town on business, and they could only do so much with the wait times and being understaffed. When I returned, the next available appointment was 10 days away! Carlos and I talked and he patiently went over options with me for about 30minutes, a checking the schedule going over all possible scenarios. We came up with a game plan. He could have easily just said, “your only option is 10 days from now,” but he didn’t, and that is over the top service to me. Lastly, Greg was my technician. When I brought my car up for my appointment he had it timed perfectly right so I could start my car outside, and it give him enough time to drive it into the bay without the breathalyzer going off for another blow. He worked on it promptly and efficiently. He called me when the appt was done, and I came and started the car again and he pulled it back out of the garage. The teams ability to be flexible and efficient really stood out. They made a most annoying situation for me AND I’m sure them work out in the end. THANKs GUYs!!!"
"I came into the store around 2:30 on a Fri afternoon and as expected the place was very busy. I had been inflating my tire every few days but this day it was losing air at a quicker rate. The young woman at the front desk was very professional and they did their best to assist me a walk in customer. The mechanics were all very helpful and polite as well. The new tires look great. Highly recommended."
