"Let me tell you a little something about this business and a gentleman named Rick. Last Saturday I made a quick in & out run to Lowes for some cherry wood for a brisket I was cooking. So I get back to my Jeep and nothing. Nothing at all. No lights on the dashboard no clicking sounds....nothing.
