"I took my vehicle to do alignment and rotation and they destroyed my hupcap. I realized when I got home, they didn't tell me anything. I don't recommend."

"After waiting more than an hour for a tire repair because I had a flat tire while I was on the road, I was called in and told that they couldn’t repair my tire because I have less than 4/32 of tread on one spot. That in itself isn’t terrible, but the whole time I was treated coldly and very indifferently. No warmth, no care, and if they would’ve taken my tire and at least told me before I sat there and waited for an hour, she wouldn’t have wasted my time. I’ll go somewhere else. PS. I went down the road the following day and they repaired my tire no problem. I owned a tire store for a number of years so I know when a tire is unrepairable."

"This place is a god damn joke. My wife and 2 of my neighbors went to this location for a nail in the tire over a period of time. Thought I’d share all of the experiences. All of them were told they needed 4 new tires and they couldn’t patch the tire. The nail in my wife’s car was no where near the wall. I patched it myself when I got home from work. It’s a brand new car, so no on all tires being replaced. This location preys on people who may not know what’s going on."

"I went to this location about 3 days ago and I can't not express myself enough of how terrible experience it was. I do not plan on coming back or recommending TIRES PLUS to nobody. After calling and asking for prices over the phone, I was told somehting completely oposite than it actually happened. When I got to the store the estimate went from around $800 to over $4K. Instead of doing the breaks I thought only doing the alignment was the best idea because it was the only fare price they had on their estimate. I was told that they were going to take at least one hour to finish up the job so I left the store. I went back to get the car and I realized they have done absolutely nothing. I went back to Mr. JOEL LOPEZ and I asked him why my car was the same way when I first brought in, his answer was just we"we already got the job done" I asked to speak with the manager. The manager on duty refused talking to me and said they were going to give me a refund. I told them I was not there for the refund, I was there to get my car aligned. They refused to perform the job that I paid for and issued me a refund. They made me waste my entire day of work! Please do not waste your time coming here, they are not worth it!!!!"

"They were amazing! I came in this morning with an issue with a tire, and even though they were busy (parking lot was completely full) and we're full on appointments, Mo found a spot to squeeze me in and get my tire replaced. He was even kind enough to give me some paper from their printer for my son to draw on because he was bored. It's rare anymore for businesses to show that they care about their customers, and that's definitely what was shown to me today!"
