"I'm sharing my experience that I encountered with One Stop Automotive in hopes that others are forewarned and will make an informative decision before engaging in services with this shop. At first Matt was very responsive via text messages; however, tough to reach on the phone. We agreed that Matt would take a look at my vehicle to determine the problem. He had my vehicle for about a week and says he found the problem but couldn't find the parts needed from the dealership. The vehicle was still running so we agreed to pick up the vehicle and Matt says he ordered the parts through another supplier online. He asked me to pay for the parts up front, which I did; however, after that I tried to reach him for over a month. He stopped taking my calls and stopped answering my text messages. I went to his shop many times; however, I couldn't get a hold of him. The garage door is always closed and the main door is always locked. I reached out to the local police station for suggestions and they told me the only option was taking Matt to court; however, the cost to file a claim in small claims court starts at $450.00. I was advised by the officer to let it go unless I wanted to go to court and spend more money. I did not want to spend any more money nor deal with the shop so I had no choice but to let this go. Consider my experience as a warning."

"The only shop open late on Saturday near the airport - gave us quality and rapid auto repair. We developed an emergency on our way to the airport and he was open, found the problem, quickly sent for parts and replaced, installed and tested the system. We were good to go on an 90 minute ride home. Highly recommend this shop!"
