"Yvonne has gotten my face nicer than it’s ever been. I’ve had acne since a teen and my skin now is so much better. It’s thanks to a combo of coming to her every month and making sure I wash my face and use moisturizer daily. Yes- she uses everyday common products. Which I LOVE. She’s like use this- $6 at Walgreens… THANK YOU for not telling me to spend hundreds on fancy products when a $20 routine will do the same or better. She also uses professional products that have improved the health of my skin and reduced wrinkles. Her monthly special for clients is $50. It’s a facial, chemical peel, extractions, microdermabrasion, eyebrow trimming and eyebrow tinting. More depending on what you need. She’s also gotten rid of many stubborn millais that I would have paid a dermatologist an arm and a leg to get rid of. Just don’t go in expecting a chain-like spa experience with fancy everything. She knows her stuff and she’ll take care of your skin. What else do you need?"

"On my first 2 services I would have rated Yvonne a 4. She did a very nice job on my face. Yes her bedside manner takes a little getting used to but after conversation she seemed to lighten a little. I was happy with the products she used and suggested. You can buy them at Walmart or CVS and they might not work for everyone but they have for me. I was not aware that you couldn't use only one Groupon with her ever. I read where someone else had the same experience and it had been five years. I was quite happy to pay full price but instead she canceled the Groupon appointment and when I reached out telling her I'd still like an appointment weather it was with a Groupon or not she just wouldn't reply and when she finally did say something she said go on the website and schedule and evidently I was banned from scheduling on the website because I tried numerous times and a message came up and said I wasn't aloud to do the booking. Had it happened only once I would have said maybe it was a website issue but it happened at least 4 times over the corse of a month. When I once again reached out to her by text, phone message and even sent an email apologizing for not knowing about the Groupon and asking for an appointment I just got no reply. I did like the service, just not the attitude. And i will add after the reply to this review, i only had two appointments because after the Groupon incident, even though I reached out multiply times for a regular appointment and i was not given one, I NEVER missed an appoinment and was seemingly banned from the website because of the Goupon misunderstanding."

"This is the second time I leave a review for Yvonne. I deleted the first one (just one star, no comment) after I saw the fictional comment she left, talking about 5 cancellations on my end that never occurred. Yvonne is incredibly unprofessional. I found her via Groupon and I was excited to support a woman-owned business. Boy, was she a mistake—her bedside manner is horrid! I’ve tried to find other ways or reasons to explain her behavior but she is just RUDE. I dealt with her because she is very affordable and I was sick of my acne. For $50 a month, she offered me microdermabrasion, derma-planing, and a peel. After months of visits, I saw that none of her tools were ever new and all her products were basic over the counter Neutrogena and Walgreens products. She’s a great scam. It appears that Yvonne got upset that I—in advance—rescheduled with her two to three times and she took it out on my face. I have all the conversations to prove it. Yvonne burned my face to the point that I needed medical care for months. Not once did she apologize or take ownership for her lack of judgment on my face. I just started a new job and take a look at how Yvonne sent me to my new job (no warning of recovery time, no warning of severity—just here, take this and use skin bleaching cream if you have complications…) Yvonne was my learning lesson: 1 - don’t be cheap when it comes to your face 2 - it’s okay to ask when was the last time products were cleaned and where are the products from 3- DO NOT ALLOW HER TO PUT A CHEMICAL PEEL ON YOUR FACE. She is an angry woman with no remorse. I write this review in June ‘22 and I am finally getting over the damage she did in January ‘22 , take a look at the pics. It has been five months since this peel and I am still getting over this chemical burn. Yvonne did serious damage to my face. I highly advise AGAINST Armour Wholistic Spa… Yvonne is unprofessional and inexperienced. Contact me via Google if you want more info."
