"I came a few times this would be my 3rd time coming unfortunately last time I came the guy who helped me no longer works there I came in this time it felt rushed and idk I never been rushed the last 2 times I was here I wonder what happened to the other guy he was a young guy he gave me discounts and the only reason cause he cares for the customer and wants them happy these new people didn't even offer it so I'll be looking some where else or try to find thag guy some where man I promise thah guy too I was gonna coke bakc snd get my rad and transmission and fuel system done, he was gonna give me 15%, percent off on all of it but I am gonna choose somewhere else clearly they don't value the hard workers why? Cause you rather pay some one less money so you don't have to spend more money on a hard worker company as their priorities wrong? Come on I know that guy didn't quit he told me he's been there 2 years and was going to be there for other 1 year as he was finishing stuff up ridiculous oh yeah I don't wanna forget that I was there on a day where the doors were falling apart apparently the managers don't care for their safety either I still got the video of tve guy trying yo open thay door and it being hard to open he got it to open but it bent and came slinging done half way almost hitting him but he tried his hardest to get it open he was on the phone with I believe to be manager and they went bakc and forth he said he didn't wanna get hurt trying to open the door I heard thr manager say why you always get like this, he said well I'm tired of working at a store where glass falls on my head lights and a store thags falling apart with flooding and electrical fires, that's crazy this store still open some has to report to the city or osha or something. It to mention that when I went in last time 2 other cars in bay it took me about 30-45 just to get in the other guy got me in no tike even tho he said it would be 45 mins but in reality it was less then that"

"A large company like this should know that who ever answers phones could make or break a sale. Called to make an appointment and the person who answered just said “hello?” And then proceeded to be very short and unfriendly during the call. They indeed may have good service but I won’t know bc was turned off after speaking with this staff member."
