"Overall my experience was ok. I called initially on Sept. 30 to make an appointment for my windshield to be tinted. The Hispanic guy who answered the phone was very polite and professional. I picked a date and he gave me a morning time he had available. After arrival (Oct 5) , I came to the listed address which was in a gated community. I called the same number and spoke to the same person for instructions on entering. After entering the community, I try to get the next steps for my appointment from the person on the phone and was then told he cannot confirm I have an existing appointment. Instead of drawing out the issue, he tried to resolve the matter. His resolution was to have the tint done the same day but at a different time which isn’t a bad idea but I’m scheduled for work later. Unfortunately I won’t be able to use their services and will have to find somewhere closer to my job (30+ minutes away from this location). I took a chance with the good reviews! I did get professionalism, but also a lack organization. If you make an appointment here, please call and confirm you have an existing appointment before heading to this location. I did not do this and ended up wasting time and gas heading here. 3/5 for professionalism and Attempting to resolve the issue instead of arguing and placing blame."
