Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

"I called the Flagship store and spoke to Chris Johns the other day. I was interested in the Pro-Breeze hybrid mattress and the Smart base and Chris answered all my questions and concerns. I’ve never had a Tempur-pedic before. I was happy to hear this bed will not be hot or develop a low spot where I lay (which I experienced with my memory foam topped mattress). I went to the store today, tried out the bed, experienced all the wonders available with the bed base remote (including features like raising the head and or foot of the mattress, zero gravity position, and it can raise the head of the mattress when snoring is detected) and I knew it was the one for me. Chris was great and his knowledge of the product sealed the deal."

We decided to go to the Tempur-Pedic Store in Winter Park to simply look around, get information and see what was available. Greg began assisting us, showing us all the options available and patiently answered all of our many questions. Going in that day we weren't necessarily going to buy right away, But I have to say I've never made a major purchase where the sales person was so informative and detailed and patient. Greg was really outstanding. We eventually found the best mattress for us and then chose the base that we wanted. Once purchased, we were told we would be contacted about delivery. The delivery was about 10 days later and the 2 men that delivered it were quick and efficient and answered all of our questions once it was set up. Since then Greg has called a couple of times to check on the delivery and then to see how we were doing with the bed. We are super happy with the bed and with the service.
