"I have been a customer of this shop for about 15 years. I've done several thousand dollars in business in the last year and a half on one vehicle. I've given this business so many recommendations that i could never remember them all. So now, i feel like a fool. This shop owner is too busy to take two minutes to diagnose an issue after a lengthy and expensive repair. And i'm sure they don't want to see me again. You just get a feeling from some folks. I also get the feeling that they won't miss my business at all."

"Awful experience. Girlfriend and I went there after calling the day before and confirming that they would look at her car. Showed up the next day and was immediately given attitude. Told they wouldn’t look at it till Tuesday and that they told us that. Never once mentioned that wouldn’t be able to see the car till then. We didn’t even ask or demand that they look at the car immediately and was told to just take the car down the street with such disdain and attitude it made my girlfriend cry. Never again. Awful business and doesn’t know how to take care of its customers."
