"We were so offended and upset with the manager **Tonio** here. The thing is we had oil change here and the oil level was dropping a lot after a while. Our car worked fine before. We came back and wanted to have it checked. The manager Tonio came out and acted like we wanna steal his oil, keeping yelling to us and repeating “I ain’t give you free oil!”We felt mistreated and don’t know why. He was so rude and disrespectful. #FIRST AND LAST TIME AT Valvoline."

"The manager Antonio made multiple threats he was going to come after me when he takes his uniform off he says find you all because when the employee showed me the dip stick it was only half way with oil I asked to check it again then he states I know who you are.. me knowing for sure he has no idea who iam we never met before and was just the most unprofessional vavolin don’t recommend using this location"
"The most professional team I have ever encountered for a simple oil change. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. They weren't pushy with their recommended services. The service was quick as well. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The price is slightly higher than what I have paid elsewhere (~$5 more) but it is worth the convenience and customer service."
