"My husband was having problems with a 1994 Chevy pickup not starting. The gentleman he spoke with was very honest regarding it's repair possibilty but made several suggestions as to what the problem could be and what my husband could try. Because of the truck's age, it might not be repairable due to unavailable parts. My husband tried one of the suggestions with success. Upon meeting the gentleman my husband found him to be knowledgeable and courteous. We appreciated his honesty and if we are in need of any other vehicle repair will not hesitate to visit this company again."

"I never had the chance to get serviced by this gentleman but his costumer service is definitely the worst I’ve ever seen. My mom walked into the shop to ask if they do oil change. My mom doesn’t speak English and she was trying to use the Google translator. The guy literally kicked her out like she was a dog. She couldn’t understand what he said and was trying to find if they had a receptionist that could help, he followed her and again mistreated her with 0 patience to understand. If you live and work with customer service in Florida you need to understand that there will be people from other countries here that don’t know English. 0 patience, 0 costumer service skills, 0 kindness with a 60 years old lady."
